The Challenge

Spaghetti House, a homey Thai-Italian Fusion restaurant with 30 years of legacy, wanted to be more well-known and hoped to present a variety of unique signature menus from the restaurant to a broader range of audiences. More importantly, Spaghetti house aimed to open a new sales avenue by joining LINE MAN, a famous food delivery application. The tasks were:

  • Building impactful brand awareness
  • Increasing foot traffic to the shop

Our Approach

From the first moment we got to know Spaghetti House’s branding and products, we knew that artworks will be the key to
promoting various types of dishes. For that reason, we operated professional photography production for high-quality images
of Spaghetti House’s dishes. The images were to be used for creating intriguing and irresistible ads campaigns in order
to bring traffic and customers to Spaghetti House via LINE MAN application.

We created and ran ads campaigns with the aim of making Spaghetti House become widely known and bringing
more potential customers to Spaghetti House. We targeted our ads to audiences that are interested in food
especially Italian cuisines and lookalike audiences of the competitors. These methods succeeded in building
brand recognition and bringing more people to Spaghetti House with satisfying proof of reach performance.
