
The Challenge
Fong Fong is a legendary soya milk mixed with high-quality fresh tofu skin. To continue the legacy, Fong Fong approached us with two main issues:
- Lack of brand recognition and popularity led to disappointing sales rate and the underwhelming number of customers.
- The current marketing strategies were not effective enough, resulting in loss of new opportunities and potential customers.
The main challenge of this project was to achieve satisfactory results within 3 months. The objectives were to create brand awareness, increase number of potential customers and kick-start compelling marketing campaigns.

Our Approach
We conducted marketing research and analysed the overview of the business
in order to identify target groups and deliver the most suitable online marketing strategies
to meet prime objectives. We separated work process into 2 phases.

Strategies
Phase 1 : Building Brand Awareness
One way to popularise Fong Fong’s name was through influencer marketing. We collaborated with influencers to expand their customer base and brand recognition.
It allowed new horizon of audiences to recognise Fong Fong as the leading soya milk and tofu brand in Thailand.

Phase 2 : Engagement
After we created brand awareness among the public, we built a relationship with the customers by
letting them engage with our attention-catching campaigns such as giveaway events and amusing
social media activities. As a result, overflowing customers participated in the events.

Summary
Fong Fong gained mass recognition and brand awareness from the public after trusting us to execute
their online marketing campaigns. In particular, the influencer marketing campaign and Facebook Ads were
effective in capturing new customers attention and created mass adoption to the product lines.
Fong Fong is now one of the top brands in Soya Milk Market in Thailand.
