Account Executive (AE)

Job Summary

To work closely with the Operations team assisting with the day to day activities
of the department. The successful individual will help to update and maintain databases as well as communicate with Roam clients and customers. The position holder will also work to accelerate the delivery of jobs by proactively approaching the outstanding tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with sales lead through delivering presentations, and negotiating with prospective clients
  • Generating new leads through cold calls and other initiatives. Work to expand sales channel.
  • Prepare documents such as proposals, presentations.
  • Understanding the companies’ services and capabilities in detail.
  • To follow up with payment.
  • To follow up sales order to achieve sales target.
  • Service existing clients, and establishes new clients by planning and organizing daily work
  • Responsible for managing projects with customers and our design and development team.
  • Responsible for managing digital marketing projects with team
  • Creating timelines, wireframe and tracking progress of multiple projects making sure they are on time, on budget and High Quality/Customer Satisfaction.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions with production team.
  • Communicate with customers on a regular basis to provide project updates.
  • Participate in client pitches when necessary.

Skill Requirements

  • Good command of English and Thai both spoken and written
  • Excellent sales ability, networking and negotiation skills
  • Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals. Accountable for performance / underperformance.
  • Willing and able to travel to meet clients
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and successfully from start to finish
  • Can Multi-tasking
  • Good Negotiating skills
